One Step Forward, Ten Steps Back: The Springtime Waltz of Colorado

Sunday afternoon, I spent several hours power-washing my porch, arranging my wicker furniture, and decorating for spring. It was a sunny day, the temperature hovered in the 60's, and I enjoyed a mild breeze while going about my chores.

My porch was 100% Porch Night ready.

Yesterday, the temperature dropped below freezing, the wind howled, and it snowed.

I would complain, but, yeah, Colorado.

On the bright side, it's supposed to be back in the 60's by tomorrow, and, Mother Nature willing; I will be on the porch with a glass of wine by the weekend.

Fingers crossed.
