Happy Groundhog Day!
Punxsutawney Phil just predicted an early spring. I will give him the benefit of the doubt...for now.
This is the first time in a number of years that he predicted an early spring, and, with an accuracy rate that stands at roughly 36%, can he really be believed?
Time will tell, but I'm going to go ahead and make my own prediction: Phil is a big 'ol liar.
