Anyhoodle, the food was tasty (queso-corn salsa? Seven-layer dip? Fruit salsa with cinnamon tortilla chips? Yes, please!), the drinks were strong (regular and strawberry margaritas!), and the company was beyond enjoyable. Hopefully, this is merely a taste of celebrations yet to come this summer, because, people, we deserve some celebration!
