Stuff and Nonsense

• The Teenager made it to Mayberry safe and sound; the Pod People made haste with the spoilage.
• The Man-Cub's team lost its baseball game earlier this evening. The game lasted over two hours in 100 degree heat.
• Fearing I might actually die from the heat, I sent an urgent SOS to The Girls, requesting their assistance in settling my affairs.
• I am on the final day of the third week of the C25K program. This week I was required to run for three minutes at a time.
• My knees feel like they are being ground into a fine dust.
• I invested in a bottle of glucosamine and hope that a daily dose will solve that issue.
• I feel like I should have stopped this post before I started.
