When Queen B came to the house last week to clean out her childhood bedroom, she asked me to make sure that my skeletons were out of her closet so that she could get to her stuff. That probably sounds like an odd request to most people, but, in our household, it's actually quite normal.
Since I was getting them out of the closet, I figured I may as well go ahead and let them have the run of the house, at least until a little closer to Halloween, when they will be pressed into service in the front yard, as entertainment for the neighborhood children, like last year, and, the year before, and the year before that, etc., etc.
Queen B actually shook her head and sighed when she saw them; it's like she doesn't know me at all.
