We are in the basketball home stretch; games end later this month, and, with the poor record that the Varsity has, it's unlikely that we will qualify for post-season games.
The Cub is ok with that; he's already jonesing for baseball.
In the meantime, we have two more away games, including one in Aspen later today. The Cub has already left to catch the team bus and I am putzing around, getting ready to pick up my fellow Booster moms for the two-and-a-half hour trip.
I'm really enjoying these trips. I've enjoyed getting to know these ladies and watching the boys play is worth any time spent on the road.
Not that I'm not looking forward to baseball road trips.
Just sayin'.
