The turkey is in the oven, the children are napping (Queen B) and aiding in the search for a missing Christmas drone (The Man-Cub, because that's what friends are for; searching the trees for the drone that their friends lost on its' maiden voyage on Christmas day), and the adults are grabbing a few moments of peace, wherever we can find them.
It's a perfect Christmas day.
But, let us not forget the reason for the season:
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given: and the government shall be on his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6
