While I Was Otherwise Occupied...

Hugh took the kids to an amusement park yesterday. The park was hosting its' annual Halloween event and I don't know who had more fun, the kids, who always enjoy a rollercoaster, or Hugh, who doesn't so much love rollercoasters, but who loves Halloween.

I guess it's fair to say that it was a mutually satisfying excursion.

I got to enjoy the pictures that Hugh texted me throughout the day and I think they provided some much-needed inspiration for me when it came to decorating the house for Halloween, which, I actually accomplished, finally.

My decorations aren't quite as professional-looking as the park's of course, but, at least they are up and on display.

Baby steps, right?
